Product supply
Temporarily out of stock/out of stock order product
If the product you wish to purchase is temporarily out of stock, you can email us to inquire about the details of the out-of-stock product. Out-of-stock products will generally be restocked as soon as they become available.

Processing
We will only process and ship orders on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Standard delivery orders will generally arrive at the address you provide within 5 working days, while store pickup orders can be picked up within 7 working days.
We only provide delivery service in Hong Kong.
At this time, we are unable to accept orders with delivery addresses outside of Hong Kong. Under normal commercially reasonable circumstances, we will do our best to process orders within the above estimated time, but we do not guarantee that we will be able to meet the estimated time, and we will not be responsible for any delays.

Order Status
After completing your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email where you can check the details and status of your order.
*Please note: Some shipping companies may make updates 24 working hours after the goods are shipped.

Cancel order
After we confirm your order, under normal circumstances, all ordered goods are not subject to returns, exchanges or refunds. All products will be inspected before shipment. If there is no problem with the product quality/packaging itself, the order will not be canceled without any reason/personal preference/subjective factors.

If you have other items that need to be replaced, please contact us by email at info@alp-sea.com. And our decision will be final.

From time to time an order or part of an order may be canceled or delayed. Some reasons include:

Unable to process your payment information
Unable to deliver to the address you provided

Returns and refunds

When customers receive the goods, please check whether the goods are complete immediately. It is recommended that customers reject the products directly to the delivery person on site, and the order email must be retained for records to protect the rights of both parties.

Products that are not exchangeable/returnable - Returns for refunds or exchanges are not applicable to the following situations or products:
The product packaging is not intact (for example, the packaging tape or box has been torn off)
Products that have been opened, damaged or incomplete due to use
Any freebies and trial size gifts
Products for which receipt cannot be produced
If the customer finds any problems with the product, such as errors, damage, defects, quality issues or breakage, we will arrange an exchange or return for you. Please handle exchange/return within 7 days after signing for the goods. It will not be accepted after the deadline. If the product you want to exchange is sold out, we will refund you the money for the product according to the method you paid for.

Products that can be exchanged/returned: If the product is faulty, damaged, defective and has quality issues or is damaged, we will arrange an exchange or return for you. Please handle exchange/return within 7 days after signing for the goods. It will not be accepted after the deadline. If the product you want to exchange is sold out, we will refund you the money for the product according to the method you paid for.


Exchange/Return Process: Customers are required to clearly take a photo of the defective part of the product, along with the order number and product number, and email to info@alp-sea.com or call us (852) 6489 6786 to apply for return, and email The subject line lists "Mitsuha Japan Online Store" to ensure a smooth return process. After we confirm that the return conditions are met, you will receive a reply confirmation and return process instructions via email before you can return the item to us. Please return the product with the confirmation letter. After successfully returning the goods, we will arrange a refund through the system, and your payment will generally be returned to your payment account within 14 working days.


Note: If the goods you return come with promotional gifts or products purchased at a special price, please also return the goods together, otherwise the refund will not be processed.
In case of any dispute, Mitsuba Japan Online Store reserves the right to make the final decision.

Lost package
If the package tracking information shows that your goods have been delivered, but you cannot collect the goods, please ask neighbors or family members to check the vicinity of the delivery address, and call (852) 2730 0273 or (853) 2873 7373 to contact SF Express. Deliver goods
Unless otherwise stated (such as offers listed on this website), all orders placed on this website are subject to the following delivery policy.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $500
Local (Hong Kong) orders below $500 will be charged a shipping fee of HK$30 (SF EXPRESS)
Standard delivery service is only available for Hong Kong orders. (Some products are sent directly by the general agent, and the delivery period is 3-5 working days)

Delivery Service (Hong Kong and Macau)
Delivery range
Standard delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, outlying islands and Macau. This service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Tai Long Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Island.

Delivery service is not available outside Hong Kong and Macau

We do not accept PO Boxes as shipping addresses.

Goods will be shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Shipping is limited to one address per order. If you want to send some of the items in your order to multiple addresses, please place separate orders based on different addresses.
