1. Your privacy
Mitsuba Japan Online Store (collectively referred to as "Mitsuba", "we", "our" or "our") will respect your personal information when collecting, holding, storing, using, transmitting or otherwise processing personal information. statutory privacy rights, and this privacy policy statement explains our privacy practices. (d) Allow our beauty consultants to perform follow-up services;
(e) assign customer satisfaction surveys; and
(f) Send valued customer newsletters and the latest information on valued customer activities.

(a) inform you about new product launches and other promotional offers, including (if applicable) skin care products, cosmetics, make-up products, body care products, make-up services, body care services and beauty services;
(b) To inform you about our promotional activities, including (if applicable) makeup classes and/or demonstrations, skin care seminars, other beauty classes, public relations events, distinguished customer gatherings, product packages, store opening events, store announcement events, exhibitions and latest news;
(c) Notify you of counter or off-counter services and activities related to skin care, makeup or body care for promotion and reward purposes;
(d) Latest news on marketing reward programs, birthday offers, free product trials, digital events, roadshows/street promotions, and in-store promotions;
(e) to notify you about joint promotions or events with shopping malls, department stores, credit cards, banks, trades, celebrity magazines, television, websites, cultural, arts or music groups/organizations, charities or non-profit organizations and
(f) Conduct cross-brand cooperative promotions and/or activities with Shiseido’s brands.

If at any time you do not wish us to use your personal data for the direct marketing purposes described above, you may exercise your right to opt-out by contacting us through the channels set out in paragraph 7 below.

6. Security
The personal information you provide to the Company will be securely stored in the Company's customer service system and can only be accessed by authorized personnel who have received training on our privacy policy.

7. Cookies
Cookies (data stored on the user's local terminal) refers to a function that stores records of your visits to this website in the form of compressed and encrypted text files on your computer or mobile device. When responding to your request, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself to verify the authenticity and validity of the access request.
